Pharmacy Weight Loss Liversedge is a GPhC-registered online pharmacy (GPhC No. 9012511) providing weight management services and prescription medicines to patients in Liversedge and across the United Kingdom. We operate in full compliance with GPhC standards and applicable UK pharmacy law.

We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual who does not meet our clinical eligibility criteria. Eligibility is determined solely at the clinical discretion of our prescribing team.
All prescription medicines are issued only following a satisfactory online consultation, which is reviewed by one of our qualified healthcare professionals. No prescription is guaranteed simply by completing a consultation.
Our prescribers follow current UK clinical guidelines. Prescriptions are valid for a single dispensing episode unless otherwise stated. It is your responsibility to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date medical information. Providing false or misleading information may endanger your health and may result in immediate termination of your account.
Our pharmacy team will review and approve all orders. Orders are typically dispatched within 1 working day of pharmacist approval.
All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. We accept major credit and debit cards. We do not store full card details on our systems.
Prices may change from time to time. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to cancel an order where a pricing error has occurred, in which case a full refund will be issued promptly.
Orders approved by our pharmacist are dispatched within 1 working day. Delivery is to UK addresses only. While we aim to meet this timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside our control, including courier issues or high demand periods.
It is your responsibility to ensure a suitable recipient is available at the delivery address. We cannot be held liable for medicines left unsecured if a safe delivery location has been authorised by you. Risk in goods passes to you upon delivery.
You may cancel your order before it has been approved and dispatched by contacting us immediately. Once a prescription has been issued and medicines dispensed, we are unable to accept returns under UK pharmacy regulations, as dispensed medicines cannot be resold or reused.
If you receive incorrect or damaged goods, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and we will investigate and remedy the issue promptly.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, the right to cancel does not apply to prescription medicines once dispensed.
Our services are not a substitute for face-to-face medical care. If you experience a medical emergency, call 999 or attend your nearest accident and emergency department. If you have concerns about your health that are not addressed by our service, please consult your GP.
